I hand make these rings starting with a14k gold heart, split in two, with each half soldered to flat gold band. The narrower of the two bands measured 5mm wide and the second band is available in your choice of 5-10mm widths. 

The sample photos show the rings in the 5mm width in matte 14k white gold with a yellow gold heart. Your rings will be custom made in your choice of gold color, finish and size. Other versions and widths can be found here.
